Upgrade to Video Studio 9

This is my last day of the trial version(VS9). I have the Full VS version 5, and the Upgrade to Version 8.
If I go with the Upgrade to VS9, will I have to keep versions 5 & 8 on my machine?
I know when I upgraded to 8, and had to re-install it always checks and I have to install version 5. I have in the past installed VS8 then un-install Version 5, and it seemed to work ok, plus when I bought the upgrade I ordered the back up disc, which I recently found out the files on the disc can corrupt rather easily...

When you install an upgrade, the program must find the qualifying Ulead product on your computer, or at least a disk in the drive.

When I installed VS8 I kept VS7 installed and have had no problems.
