Transitions

Post by Redexpress27 »

Hi there,

I have V3, can you tell me does V4 has the ability to copy and paste transitions yet? I'm sick of doing 100 transitions and having to edit each one when I want the same each time.

If not, is it coming on V5?

Thanks

No you can not copy/paste transitions. As far as is it in the works for VS X5, there's no way for anyone here to know that.

Well, if you want to include the same one each time, have you set Preference both for the default transition to be automatically inserted, and for its default duration?

Hi

When using X3 or X4 you can right click a transition in the library and select “Apply current affect to video track”
This will place the transition between every clip.

Unfortunately you have to use the default transition as we cannot save customised transitions.

I think you may find it best to set the Preferences as mentioned by Ken
