Video Studio Pro X4 SP1
I downloaded the service pack and attempted to install. It gives me the message 'The installed version of the application could not be determined. The setup will now terminate. Any help?

Re: Video Studio Pro X4 SP1
Can you check if the version number of your VideoStudio X4 is similar the version number of my VS X4.
You can do that, you can open the Corel Guide then click on the two gear that you can see beside the MESSAGES tab, then select "ABOUT COREL VIDEOSTUDIO PRO X4"
If you have the same version number, that means that your VS X4 is already updated. You may have the automatic update enabled that is why your VS X4 was updated without you knowing it.

Thank you. That seems to be right. I have the same version and auto update is turned on.
