I purchased Corel paint shop photo pro x3, downloaded, installed and registered the product. Problem is when i click on the corel button to open it and use it i get absolutely nothing. I contacted Corel a few times and the last message I had was an email from Auz on 8/12 at 2:12 pm asking if would allow him to connect to my system, to which I replied Yes. so far i have heard nothing from Auz. I called all the phone numbers I have for Corel, including the one to get an RMA so i can ship this product back and everytime i call i am immediately disconnected. i went to corel on fb and someone answered me saying they are sending me a private message so my problems can be resolved. so far, nothing. what do i have to do to either get corel psp to work or to return it for my full 30 day refund.

I'm sorry to hear that you want to return your PSP X3. Anyhow, you can request for a refund using the Online RMA at http://www.corel.com/return, of course you can only use that if you purchase your product from the Corel US web site.
