Verifying install of X4 Updates, Packs, Templates

Just upgraded to X4 from X3. After install, was presented with available "Updates", Title and Font Packs, DVD menu templates. I clicked Yes or Download or Install to all items.

My question is, I don't see where the Title Packs actually installed. Meaning I don't see any of the icon pictures from the download page showing up in the "Title Panel" within X4.

I didn't count how many Titles templates there were prior to installing Title Packs 5 & 6, so maybe everything happened as it should, but is there a way to verify this is true.

The same question is for Menu Templates. Again, I didn't count the number before install, but I really don't see a difference after the install.

The titles as in Fonts are presumably installed in the system's fonts folder. I haven't been able to find a way to determine this. The only way to know for sure is that you start out with a certain number in the Title Library. Once you download and install all the Title packs, you should see several more.

The Templates can be found in the Instant Project wizard, which should have categories of Beginning, Middle, Ending, Complete and Custom. All but the custom are what's installed with the program. Any Templates downloaded through the Corel Guide must be installed through the wizard. Click on the icon to the left of the round button in the upper-right corner of the I.P. wizard. Navigate to where they were placed by the initial installer, which should be in your Documents>Corel VideoStudio Pro folder. It is looking for a VPT (Video Project Template) file. Select it and then the template will be installed in the Custom folder of the Wizard.

Also if you're wanting more templates, and if you want to create and share some, please visit PhotoVideoLife. It's a new website created by Corel for the purpose of sharing templates. Eventually you will be able to buy and sell your templates through there.

Just to add

Each time you install the title packs 5, 6 and 7 the library Title page will increase by 10.
If all are installed then you should have 54 titles

Other than sharing Instant Project Templates I found a link to download SD and HD Disc menus.
I assume Corel will include this in the Do More at some point in time.

This has significantly increased the Gallery’s content (X4)
Smart Scene from 12 to 22
Text Menu from 8 to 16
Thumbnails 19 to 33

The AVCHD/BluRay gallery has now 21 menu templates, I think it only had 6.

Many I recognise from earlier versions of Video Studio, I am sure some will be new.

I downloaded the trial version and the DVD templates found in the above link, but I still have fewer DVD templates that listed in posting above. I only have 9 text, 14 smart scenes, and 16 thumbnails. I found the following directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Corel\Corel VideoStudio Pro X4\Content\Menu Template\16x9\One Scene Button and kit contains files numbered 1, 2, 11-22 (14 in total). Where can I get templates 3-10?

A "Contents" file is provided with X4 after purchase.

The initial program is provided with sufficient content to allow it to be fully functioning.

The Contents pack completes the installation by adding templates, library clips, etc.
The full library holds just over 90 sample / Video Photo, and Audio clips

So to answer your question “Where can I get templates 3-10?”
You purchase the program……………
