I am using Videostudio Pro x2 and I would like to be able to blur out a selected area on a video the way they do on TV when they want to hide someone's face or liscense plate number. Any suggestions on how you would do this?
Thanks, Bill

Re: Obscuring area of video
I've followed the tutorial and it just doesn't seem to work. I'll set the key frames and parameters as specified (on the overlay clip), click OK, and when I play it, nothing happens. No filters are applied. When I check my filter edits, they are gone. I did all the work for nothing. What am I doing wrong?
