need help with downloaded title from the "Do More" section

need help with downloaded title from the "Do More" section
New user here to VSX4...I just downloaded a few items from the "Do more" option of VSX4...In particular, one was the Flame title and the other was the Lightning title. The downloads were successful..I can actually see the files on my pc when using the windows explorer..However, when I am on VSX4, neither one of the files shows up when I click on the titles..I've restarted the program and also rebooted, and still can't get the titles to appear in VSX4.. Any help with this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Welcome to the forums, 
Those are part of the Instant Projects. You need to open Instant Project, then click on the Import Project Template icon, which is to the left of the round one. Next, navigate to where on your system the template is located, you should see a vpt file. Select it, and VS will install the template.
