Is it possible to convert 23.96fps to SMOOTH 25fps

Sorry but I see duplicate frames within the downloaded video.
This is before Video Studio has recoded or edited the video.

I do not think Video Studio is creating the duplicates when creating the Sequence files, I believe these exist in the original..

Its not a big problem, you are only using a few seconds so you will only be creating 100 or so images.
It is possible that the section you choose is good quality anyway………..
