Hi
When I capture HD video from my Camcorder to my PC,using PROx4, it always downloads the data as 'Scenes'.
Previously, when using U/lead DVD Movie Factory 5 Plus, the data was always downloaded as 'Chapters' which is much more manaegable and is easier to Edit
Can anyone tell me how I can change it, so that the downloads will be in 'Chapters' and not 'Scenes'.

Re: Video Studio PROX4
Welcome to the forums,
Scenes and Chapters are interchangeable terms, depending on the program. For an NLE (non-linear editor) like VS, they are called Scenes, places where the video content changes. They can, and often are used as the Chapters on the DVDs. For DVD authoring programs, those scenes are referred to as Chapters, again it's where the content changes.
In VS's burn module, click on the Add/Edit Chapters button. then Auto Add Chapters, you will then see one button that states, Auto Scene Detection. What it will do is look for the content change, or where you have set chapter marks in your project or video, to be used as the chapters on the DVD.
With that said, in the Capture step, do you have Split-by Scene checked? If so uncheck it, and VS should capture your video as one continuous clip.
