Lost Disc

Lost Disc
I lost my disc.. Have my serial # for both Paint shop Photo ProX3 and Painter Essentials 4.. But can't not find my disc.. You only have the online version to download, so that is not helping my situation.. Please advise on what I should do..

You need to contact Corel Customer Service to see if they may be able to help you. Here's a link to the webpage that provides Global contact information.

At the time of purchase you're provided the option of buying Download Insurance. It would guarantee you at least a link to download additional copies for up to 2 years. If you did not purchase that then Corel really does not have to provide you with another copy. It's no different than when you buy a car, motorcycle, bicycle, or television. If you loose them, would you expect the retailer or manufacturer to provide a free replacement?

If you purchased the disc installer of PSP X3 and lost it, then you can request a replacement disc for a fee.
