It's been one day. And not everyone who comes here regularly knows the answer to every question. Give it three days and check other locations, even though these forums were dedicated to Ulead products originally I don't know how talkative the PI group was. PI users had their own meeting grounds before it was caught up by Corel so there's a good chance you'll get better help at a more common meeting place for PI users. Hopefully within 3 days whatever PI users have come over to help out at these forums as well will have an answer, though that's not guaranteed.

Hi,
I can't find any documentation on what RAW files, or cameras it supported. Have you installed the patch for PI 12? If not you can download it from here:
http://www.ulead.com/tech/pi/pi_ftp.htm
This version has been what Corel calls :Out of Phase for quite some time, so they no longer maintain much information about it. I tried using Google to find what I could.
