HI I TRAYING TO USE VIDEOSTUDIO PROX4 Y DOWNLOAD THE TREAL BUT WHEN I WANT TO OPEN AN IMAGE A MESSEGE ERROR APEAR, "IT CANT OPEN THE IMAGE, IMAGE mismatched , IF SOMEBODY NOW HOW TO FIX IT.

First, can I ask you in future not to use all capital letters in your posts. It is considered to be SHOUTING and thus, impolite.
As for your problem, we need more information. You need to tell us exactly what kind of 'image" you are trying to insert in Video Studio and where it came from. It would also be useful to know what you are intending to produce.

Can you tell us what is the file format of the image that you are "opening" or importing to VideoStudio Pro X4?
