Disk playback in DVD Factory 2010

Post by Angorsky »

Hi,
I use DVD Factory 2010 to make my disks; however, during playback on TV, the disk does not stop at the end of the movie. Istead of going to the menue screen it starts playing again from the beginning.

What do you have set for the Navigation? In the Menu creation screen, hover your mouse over the right side where it says Settings, to get the Settings menu to fly out. Then at the bottom click on Title Sequence. Your presented with the options:
  • Play titles first before menu
  • Playback order;
  • Play a title and return to menu
  • Play all titles in a continuous loop (this seems to be the setting you have)
  • Play all titles and return to menu
A title is the name used in DVD authoring applications for video clips. So if you have more than one video clip you can have it play one video then return to the menu (Play a title and return to menu).

If you have chapters in one or all of your video clips (titles), then once you select a chapter to play from a chapter menu, the title will play all remaining chapters to the end before returning to a menu.
