Installatin corel

I want to ask.
I had Corel VideoStudio Pro X4. And yesterday I uninstalled it because of some problem. But when I wanted to install it again, nothing happen when I clik the setup. Only Installshield appeared, after that, there was no corel installation window. So what should I do? I have to do my work, please help.

I can only assume the program did not uninstall correctly.

If you originally bought the disc installer, you may need to use the original disc that was in the box to install the program after manually removing the files, but if you ordered the download. I suggest that you redownload the program from the order email.
