Installation problems/ program immediately shuts down.

Hello there,

I've been trying to install the trial version of video studio x4 and I hoped to purchase it if I could get it to work. After the first install the program launched and seemed to work, but after closing it it would not open again. It appears in my list of processes and is shut down very quickly with no error message.

I have uninstalled and tried to reinstall but reinstall doesn't seem to work either.(It is immediately shutdown as well) I've seen previous topics with a download for a cleanup tool but those links don't seem to work for me. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

If you need to reinstall the program, I suggest that you manually uninstall VS X4 by following the steps from this article http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... dio-Pro-X4, then just reinstall the program using the installer that you downloaded or you can redownload the trial version via www.corel.com/trials.
