Installer will nor accept/recognize my serial number

I have the original boxed version of Corel Video Studio Pro X2. Recently, my motherboard crashed and I had to install a new mother board and windows onto a new hard drive.

I tried installing the VS Pro X2 I had but the serial number on the sleeve of the cdrom is not being accepted. I am positive I registered it but the email is stuck on the old hard drive and I can't directly import my old messages.

Any help here would be appreciated.

If you registered it you can log into your account at Corel.com to confirm.

Right after I posted this topic I tried getting a password reset on my registration account and that led me to my original registration info for the corel products I registered including the serial numbers!

I think this should be all cleared up tonight when I get home from work.

I would have suggested to contact Corel Customer Support. But it looks like you should be in the clear.
