I get an excellant picture & sound in the capture window. I can capture pictures, but whwn I try to capture video I get error 15065:29:0 "Cannot start capture graph".

Have pent 4 775 with PCIX Saphire ATI video card, VI/VO. The card model is 600

It does the same in Movie Factory 3 disc .

Help!
