I wonder if anyone can help me, I had VS11 installed on my laptop with ProX2 upgrade, but I uninstalled VS11 thinking I didn't need it. Needless to say ProX2 did not work either. So I reinstalled VS11 but was unable to install ProX2 because an error message appeared telling me I could only upgrade to ProX2 from an installed version of VS11 which I had done. So trying to import my Video from my new HD camcorder into VS11 another error appears telling me that the format is not recognised. Does anyone know why my upgrade to ProX2 is not recognising the installed VS11, and also why VS11 does nor recognise my HD video.
Thanks.

Re: HD videoing in VS11
Hello cgflembo,
You may want to post the properties of the video. Chances are if the video is at 59 or 60 fps, those two version of VS will not be able to load or open them.
You may also want to try VS X4, you can download the trial via www.corel.com/trials.
