Display Drivers not supporting playback in WIN 7

Post by Theorex »

I have the latest updates installed.

The software worked in trial mode with BD.

Now the software will boot and attempt to load the BD, which it does successfully, I can hear the audio but the error comes up:

"Playback with the current display driver is not supported. PLease update to an appropriate display driver."

I have INTEL HD graphics (Core i5)
Driver Version 8.15.10.2302 (INTEL says this is the latest driver)
Windows 7 service pack 1 (6.1.7601)
Directx version is 10
Video Bios is 1973
Display resolution is 1920 X 1080

I have an HDMI cable connection to my TV

I would really like this to work. I have a lot of time and money invested here. :?

You may want to update your DirectX to the latest version. Since Windows 7 should be using Direct X 11. You can visit http://www.microsoft.com/Windows/window ... tx-11.aspx for the latest version of Direct X.
