URGENT problem, please help. (VS7)

Hey everyone - I'm currently editing a short film for a competition, I have one day left and I was just about to send it back to my MiniDV tape when everything screwed up. Playback was working fine a few hours ago. I turned off the computer, came back an hour later and I got a message asking me to relink a music track...funny, because the music track was still there.

Anyway I relinked it. So then I went to play the project, and it was playing things delayed. Like, when it's supposed to end the opening titles at 11 seconds, it carried it on. The first scene comes in later, and then the sound carries on but the image pauses for like 30 seconds. It does this throughout the whole project.

Can anyone help me? It was working fine a few hours ago. Maybe I changed a setting or did something by accident? but it doesn't seem that way...
