photo explorer 8.5 will not install message inside

i keep geeting this message
any ideas on how to fix this.

If you are using Windows 2000 or XP, make sure that you have "Administrator" privilages with your user account. Guest or Limited accounts will not allow Ulead softwares to install or run properly.

Also, Try copying the installer files to your hard disk. Then install it from there. This is to make sure that the installer cd is not damaged.
