I've saved several frames as a still images and want to use them when printing a cover.. They all appear in the image library as a BMP thumbnails but only one of them is in the project file with the video clips.
I've tried the XP Search facility to find the others using the uvs allocated title but found nothing. Where are they likely to be?

Re: VS9 - image file query
Found them in an earlier project so immediate problem solved.
However I need to know why this happened and how I can ensure that future still images are filed in the correct project file.

Re: VS9 - image file query
When you create a still image from a clip it is saved in the working folder that you set in Preferences.

Also after creating the still image a thumbnail will be placed in the library.
Right click the thumbnail and select properties.
The File Name gives the location on the hard drive.

When you say correct Project File….
Do you mean you are creating a new library page for each of your projects??????
Otherwise what do you mean by Project File?
