missing marquee

Post by Brian51 »

Just loaded PSP-X3 and when I load a photo onto my workspace i cannot get the marquee (I guess that is what it's called) to move the photo around or minumize it.
that bar at the top of the picture I am used to in PSP9 that has the min, max, close icons.

can anyone tell me how to get it to show?

Welcome to the forums,

By your description, you're using Tabbed view. Go to Windows menu, and de-select Tabbed Documents.

If it's of any help you're talking about the window Title Bar. The marquee, at least in PSP, refers to the "marching ants" of the selection outlines. When this goes missing you can get it back by using the short-cut key Ctrl + Shift + M. Or going up to the selection menu and seleting 'Hide Marquee."
