nothing but problems - this time: LogicLayer Error

Post by CrazyJose »

Hi everybody,

I would share my daily experience about WinDVD Pro 2010.
As I bought this software I only had a problem to play Blu-Ray discs. OK, i found a third party solution for that...
But since a few days WinDVD don't want to start itself. I get everytime a "LogicLayer" error and I should install it again. I did it about 100 times but nothing has changed !
I spent nearly 40 EUR for this. The customer support is unreachable because the online-form become always cleared when I want to send my message. If I had the choice I would reclaim my money.
Is there any chance to get a useable program for my spent money ?

Corel has a 30-day money back guarantee. If you have not owned the program for more than 30 days, then yes you should be entitled to a refund.
