Corel VisualStudio Pro X4 - stopped working

Corel VisualStudio Pro X4 - stopped working
Since I have purchased Corel Visual Studio I have had a number of problems. Sometimes it would freeze up, other times it would just disappear, and now it won't even start. Has anyone else had this problem and do they know a solution?
