Hi, I want to record a task that changes the height of images to 114px, but keeps the aspect ratio, and therefore makes the width different for each image I'm resizing, depending on the original aspect ratio of the image.
I tried recording the task, but it took the horizontal size of the first image I resized as the default, and then changed the height to keep the aspect ratio the same, meaning it wasn't 114px high!
It's not the end of the world, as I only have five images to resize, I just wondered if there was a way around this problem.

Hi Sisom
When recording and selecting the size, make sure the Keep Aspect Ratio is ticked.
Start by clicking New task and giving it a name. This will begin the recording when you hit the record bar.
Next, open Adjust>Resize> under New Image add the 114 and tick Keep aspect ratio. When done click OK.
Stop the recording.
Each image you select will reduce to 114 but it will be in aspect ratio.

Oh that looks great. Good colour too. Did you use the Fade? There are a lot of tutorials for PI in PIRC.

Thanks trueblue, yes, I used the 'Fade-out' command in the Edit menu, then made a custom multiple colour gradient, to fade just the left and right hand edges of each of the five pictures of pets, and then they fit together beautifully.
