Hi there,
I really like the up-scaling and quality with WinDVD 2010 but loading DVD’s from a hard drive is a long process (i.e. navigating through all the folders each time using a proprietary interface).
So playlists looked to be my answer and I can add an .IFO file to a playlist and it runs fine which is great but on exiting and restarting WinDVD the playlist shows up empty in WinDVD.
However in the actual .cplist file the pathname is still there which means the file has saved correctly; it just doesn’t show up in the WinDVD application anymore. I checked this with a .VOB file and this works OK after a reload – it almost seems as if .IFO are filtered out after reloading?!
Thanks for your time.
P.S. It would be nice if there was a /open switch like in WMP...
