issues with downloads

anyone know how i can download the free content on the help / do more options, i was able to download all the templates but only one of the free texts , when i click on the other free text options it gives me the little swirl like its about to download and does nothing????


another issue i am having is in the help menu then select Learn the video area says "please connect to the internet to see this content" i am connected to the internet (im typing here on same computer) so i cant watch the help videos / tutorials??? please help me im lost
fyi im using windows 7, have comcast cable internet with a linksys e3000 router with this computer being the main internet connection of network

Check to see that VS is not being blocked by a firewall setting.

Resetting your connection should help you download the free content. To do this, shut down your computer as well as your router/modem for 2 mins. Then open your router/modem first and once all the lights have stopped blinking, restart your computer.

If the problem persists, you may want to try accessing a couple of web sites to see if you have a stable connection. Calling your ISP Support will help as well.
