I have just downloaded the VS Pro x4 program. Among the other extras to download there is the application "NewBlue Lighting Effects for VideoStudio Pro". I will be very grateful to understand what is this application.

New Blue have provided several plug-in filters in recent versions of Video Studio. They provide special effects for your videos -- in this case, should you need some sort of surprise or mood-creating lighting or even a full storm and lightning effect.
