Hi
I am in the process of burning a DVD and first intend to create a DVD Folder.
I would like to add a "personal folder" but the option is greyed out.
I can choose to “burn the disc” or “create a disc image” both options allow for adding a personal folder.
As a test I chose to create both a “folder” and a “disc image” this activated the link to allow me to add a folder, obviously this took a little longer and doubled the file sizes.
The Personal folder saved to ISO but not to DVD Folder.
I must admit I normally use the Disc Image option so haven’t noticed this problem in the past.

Trevor -- what format was your input video? Or was it a .vsp? Was high definition somehow involved?

Hi Ken
Sorry for not giving enough info, I should know better.
One single standard definition Mpeg2 video file, (I always render first)
Video 3.4 Gb so plenty of spare space.
I have not altered any other menu settings other than the navigation control, and changing the background music, (still using VS sample audios)
The option to select the personal folder, that is the Info icon is greyed out when creating a DVD Folder?

If you don't select the ISO output, do you get the DVD folder one? (I confess that I get both in similar circumstances. Just checked...)

Mmmmm
Maybe you misunderstand???????
There is a disc icon lower left, when I float my mouse it indicates “More Settings for Burning”
It is this option that I cannot select when creating a DVD Folder. This allows me to add a personal folder.
If I choose only to “create to disc” I can select to add a personal folder.
If I choose only to “create disc image” I can select to add a personal folder.
If I choose only to “create dvd folder” I cannot select to add a personal folder.

Yes. Totally misunderstood -- I was equating 'personal folder' to 'DVD folder'...
And furthermore, I had never noticed the discrepancy you had come upon...
