I am trying to import some gopro clips into my library, some of them went in other said they couldn't because of computer not having enough memory, unknown file format, or copyright protected. I have plenty of memory, the file is mp4 which i can play the videos on my computer, its gopro clips I they shouldn't be copyrighted because I took them. I tried to download the patch you posted for the gopro but it said I wasn't loged in or authorized which I am logged in.

Are you trying to import them direct from the camera, or have you downloaded them to your computer and are trying to import from there? (I do the latter with no problem with my Hero 3...)

I clicked on the link, but it brought up a page that said I had to be registered and have a password.

I have tried the hotfix to get VS X4 to load the gopro video and it still gives me an error. I followed the instructions to a T several times and have not had any success. Do you have any thoughts as to what I may be doing wrong?
