VS9 templates missing!

So I had a botched install (after running smart update) and Ulead tech support told me to do a reinstall after I delted the following directories.

=>C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Ulead Systems\Ulead VideoStudio
=>C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\SmartSound Software Inc
=>C:\Documents and Settings\[Username]\My Documents\Ulead VideoStudio
=>C:\Program Files\Common Files\Ulead Systems\

After the install I ran smart update and it said everything was installed. Now I dont have any templates. Anyone know where I can download them?

Figured it out. I had made backups of the files that smart downloads puts on the computer and just reinstalled them and all is fine.

Now if only I can get smart sound to work....

I'm having the same problem. I've had corrupt files on download,and finally got a response from Tech Support providing a link to d/l the file again. I managed to get the Full Spectrum, smartsound to install, but they are not showing up in the Auto Music.
I should have just purchased the disc and waited. Ulead needs to pay attention to some other software companies, on how they handle "bugs"..

There is no way to access their FTP, I keep getting "Forbidden".
Well I'm gonna give it one more try, only because I liked the Trial version so much. I didn't have a single problem with it.
