Hi,
Along with my purchase today I had PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Project Creator - when I went to install it - it requires a serial number which was not in the e-mail I received with the other serial numbers.
Would someone mind pointing me in the right direction to obtain one please?
Thank you,
Anita

Your serial number for PSP X3 should have unlocked the Project Creator when you installed PSP X3. As far as I remember you didn't have to input a separate number after PSP X3 was activated. Maybe try restarting your computer if you haven't done so by now.

Try using the same serial number as PSPX3. For me installing the separate Project Creator application actually started up the PSPX3 installer and that's what I had to do. Even if it isn't starting up the PSPX3 installer still try the same serial number because they do belong to the same package.

Please make sure that you type the number correctly. It's a very long complicate number and we all need help form time to time: somebody spells and I type.
If you have PSPPX3 (standard) already installed, the Project Creator shouldn't ask for a serial number. If you have PSPPX3 (as part of the Ultimate box), then use the same number for the Project Creator. It works. I myself tested it.

Re: PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Project Creator
Hi,
So sorry for not having got back sooner.
After I had been doing some work in PSPX3 and closed the program I thought I would try installing the creator again - the first time it failed but decided to give it another shot and it worked
The creator is more curiosity for me than anything as I make all my own things including brushes but I thought it would be nice to take a look at.
Thank you so much for all your help - it is really appreciated.
Anita
