Activation Issue PSP Ultimate X3

Hi,

I dug through the forum here a bit and found a few mentions of this same issue.

I just did a fresh install of Paint Shop Photo Pro Ultimate x3, and upon launching it for the first time, I'm presented with an activation window (I downloaded via the order confirmation email, filename PSPP_X3_Ult_PF.exe). Upon clicking "activate" I receive a blank white window with an "OK" button. As I saw in other threads, when I click on "other activation options", then "off-line", my installation code is 5 blank fields, my serial number is entered, activation code is blank (assuming this is what I'd get from support if I called in) and the "ID" field has a 6 digit number followed by a space and 2 digit number.

I tried rebooting after installing, ran revo uninstaller to remove traces of all corel software, searched the registry, searched the local disk, re-downloaded the installer and re-installed it again, only to have exactly the same result. I tried to log in @ corel.com, but it's giving me an error message to contact support, which linked to a page that gave me a 404, so I have no way to contact support about this particular issue. Has anyone come across a fix for this that worked for you?
