PSP x3 ultimate/ project creator

Hello all:
I have purchased the full download psp x3 ultimate and psp project creator, I also have downloaded all the patches and installed all in order,everything seems to work fine, but I have an Issue with the project creator, when I open it I click on Facebook icon to send photos to face book, a window opens up to do what you want ,I put photos in the box at bottom and click on the button Send To Facebook,a window pops up saying it is contacting facebook and it runs for a short bit then a message comes up saying unable to connect with facebook at this time.So my question is how to I get this to work??
hope somebody can guide me thru this issue
I have windows xp home edition 32 bit

I'm sorry about this, since this has been a long issue with Project Creator and we usually suggest to just login to Facebook and directly upload the photos from there.
