Ulead DVD Picture Show 2

Installed Ulead DVD Picture Show on my new computer - BUT - forgot to enter Serial number before end of Trial Period.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling (trial) program - every time it tells me that my trial period is UP. I now cannot enter my serial number.
A registry key must be set.

I downloaded the trial software quite some time ago and then paid for the seial number.

How can I reinstall the program with serial number

Contacted ULEAD .... FOUR Times about this and NO RESPONSE !

ANY HELP PLEASE

I don't think there is an option to buy the trial. Not that I recall. You wouldn't want to keep the trial. It only allowed you to have 10 slides. I think you need to contact Ulead and ask them to let you redownload the program.

You lost me there, you bought a serial number????? Where did you get that from, KMart? I use a lot of ULEAD programs, many of which I had the trial version off first. When I bought the full, or upgrade versions where applicable, I downloaded the non-trial version and installed that. I'm not sure now if that was the case every time but recall that I actually had to uninstall the trial version prior.

If you bought the full version, did you download it from the ULEAD mall? With your e-mail, stating the serial number, you should also have received a download link for the program. These links are only active for a certain period of time though.
