Please help! Combining videos and saving

Post by cha05twn07 »

Hello. I am new to this board. I have what may be a very simple question. Using DVD Movie Factory SE, I simply want to combine multiple videos and save them as one file so I can share them and post online.

Welcome to the forums, :)

You don't say what version of DVD MF SE you have? Is it DVD MF 7 SE? This version comes as a replacement to DVD Factory 2010, which was included with VS X3. If that's the case, why don't you use VS X3? DVD MF is primarily a DVD authoring application, so everything is tailored around burning discs. Most of the full versions have only limited editing capabilities. The best you could do is use the Join Video, then export the joined video, which may only be in MPEG-2 format, depending on the version being used.

I will give your suggestion try.
I was previously able to join the videos and save the combined file on my desktop.
