copy object from a particular key frame position

Post by su1300 »

I have a question about 3d pro. studio. I will be thankful if anyone solve my prob. Thanx.

Problem-
I was working with an animation project with multiple objects in it. I re size, rotate, change the positions of the objects as per my requirement and create a model. But I didn't see that when I do those works, the position of the active keyframe is in 10th frame. Thus when I going to create animation, say about 60 frames... at a rate of 15 frame per sec.... as usual the animation starts from 1st frame and ends in 60th frame. But as I create and edit all those objects in 10th no. frame and doing required animation after the 10th.... the animations works 11th to 60th frame very rightly ... but before the 10 th frame(1-9) the animation projects shows all the movements of resize, rotate etc. which I used to create the model. (I know that all these things have to do in 1st no of key frame and create animations after 1st frame). But now, how I delete the 1-9th no. key frames? 2-9th is deleting. But 1st no. frame which is the culprit ( actually I am) is not deleting. I tried by copying 10th frame containing the full model and copy it another new project in the frame 1st. But same result. Sir, kindly tell me is it possible to del. the 1st frame or paste the 10th frame over the 1st?

You can not delete the first keyframe, and you can not copy/paste keyframes. There is a button called Reset Transformation(highlighted in red on my screenshot) on the Location toolbar. You will need to press it for each attribute you want to reset. So select the Position attribute, make sure you're on Frame-1, then press the Reset Transformation, so the same for the Orientation if you need to remove those settings.

thanx for reply
I have some more questions.

When I render my work to gif animation with optimum output quality then some object of the output creation is become slightly transparent. For that behind a particular object (say square) the another object ( say a torus) is visible. Though I donot apply any transparency. It is become quite well when the output quality is in better or even sometime best standard.

How I change the pivot of an group object. (beside the options shown at the time of group)

Any free plug in available for ulead cool 3d production studio? Its a nice software. I dont know why ulead stop this upgrading.
