Using Monitor in 120Hz Mode

Using Monitor in 120Hz Mode
I have a Samsung 2233rz 120Hz monitor. Is it possible to not have to switch my monitor's refresh rate to 60Hz every time I want to watch a movie? I tried to search the knowledge base and the forums but couldn't find anything on this. Any help would be appreciated and thank you in advance. If you need any more information than what I've provided, let me know.
