The only word that I understand is the word "mushkila" which means PROBLEM arabic and yes the person in the is speaking in Arabic and from the video that he posted, it appears that the cx is getting a blank screen installation.

You can try reinstalling the VS X4 trial by creating a new Windows ADMIN user account, then login to that user account and perform the installation using the new user name.
