i was just wondering if i render to FLV 640x480 will it be in HD?

Welcome to the forums, 
That frame size is considered SD (Standard Def). Generally speaking anything larger than 720 x 480 (NTSC), or 720 x 576 (PAL) is HD. If you're wanting an HD size, choose Create Video File>Custom. Then press the Options button, and on the General tab, you can set the frame sizes, using the User Defined....

oh ok and that will be hd? because im doing lets plays and SD is bad for quality
