won't complete burn with either option
I'm about ready to toss corel. I have been a corel user for nearly 15 year (started with ulead products) I contine to have issues when trying to create mpegs or burn to disk. Mpegs tend to have sync problems with the audio, and burns simply don't complete. Any tips would be appreciated, this simply shouldn't be this difficult.

Without knowing what you are working with, your workflow, or even what version you are using it is impossible to give accurate advice.

Re: won't complete burn with either option
Well gang, here's the deal. I went back to some older posts and realized that there continues to be combitability issues with quick time and system setup. I went through this a couple of times before and am truely sick and tired of no replys from corel, no fixes, and continued issues with software. Even Ken offered zero help, simply replying that he wouldn't answer private questions. Thats for the reply, Ken, typical unhelpful answer, just like ulead/corel. After over a decade of struggling with ulead software I final have decided to switch to cyberlink. I have used it for one day and have accomplished more with new software than days of work with video pro. There are tons of templates, features, and access to the 64 bit processor is built in. No problems so far, burns DVD's like a dream. I simply have had it with a software company that ignores significant issues and believes that the answer to bugs is to make the user pay for a new upgrade, which seem to never fix anything. My only misgiving is that it took me this long to leave the fold. Good luck gang.

In defense of Ken, the reason we moderators don't answer private messages is, a private conversation doesn't help the next person who might have the same problem. We are all volunteers and are doing this on our own time. We are not a support service.
I offered to help if you supplied some details.......
