hi to everybody
I have created a project of around 400 photos on two slideshows for a total of 2,17 Gb complete of texts and music, when I have gone to the final phase (burn) later around 1,5 hours to the 49% of the creation of the first slideshow (14% total) I receive a message of low virtual memory from windows and immediately after an error message of ulead (Application that the error has provoked dvdps.exe, version 1.0.0.1, form that the error has provoked urenders.dll, version 3.0.0.0, address error 0x0000fc3d) and the program is closed.
following some suggestions on the forum, I have tried these attempts:
I have installed Ulead CD & DVD PictureShow 3.0 5 in1 Update Pack (Build Number: 3.0.1.8, Release Date: 2005/2/22)
I have tried to create image iso
I have tried to record to hard disk folder
I have tried to convert the images of project from jpg to gif
I have tried to format my pc trying with the alone s.o. and CD & DVD PictureShow 3 installed
I have adjourned all the drivers
but I have always gotten the same error when the use of the memory ram arrives around 1,70 Gbs.
my pc is an Intel P4 2.4 Ghz, 1 GB of Ram, 1 hd of system from 30 gb with 20 free gb + a disk with 120 gbs with 40 free gb, a video card ati radeon 9200 with 256 Mb ram; my s.o. it is windows xp Italian professional sp2.
...and i'am sorry for my bad english traslation ...
does someone know how to tell me if there is a solution?
I like a lot the new version of the program, and I have spent many days to create this project, I would be really happy to find a solution.
thanks to everybody

Do you have "Roxio Easy CD creator" and/or "Sonic MyDVD"? Because Ulead can't burn if it has those programs on it.
(Assuming you do have one of those)
Rather than deleting the programs, try grabbing that iso you made and burning it in one of those. (This will also work if you have any other burning software like Nero, even though it's not causing the problem)
Another possible solution is to try downloading that burning engine thing they have on their website.

Re: help!!!! error when rendering
I have the same problem:
I've made project of 20 slideshows - about 1000pic
Application shuted down during the converting slidshow number 17
(dvdps.exe;ver 1.0.0.1; urenders.dll ......)
I reduced slideshows to 15 - then problem appeared in 12th slideshow.
Situation of memory is the same - using about 1,7 GB
My pc: Athlon 2,4, 768 RAM, virtual memory - about 2G, Win XP home SP2
Is there anybody who made a really big project?
help please.

have found the solution!!!
hi to everybody
last night I have finally succeeded in completing my started project 3 months ago and ever completed for guilt of the error previously described.
this my solution:
my original photos have a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels, using the function batch process of ulead smart saver pro I have converted all the photos (after having obviously copied the original ones) to the resolution of 800x600 pixels quality 75 that it is the nearest resolution to that of the dvd.
this way I have succeeded in writing my project in a hour.
