I have tried several times to DLing Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Trial. I keep getting to the installer with the Black background. But, it says " Are you sure you want to completely remove Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 ". There is a box with a check mark already in it saying " Clear all personal settings in Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 " Then, on the bottom I have 2 choices to click on. They are CANCEL or REMOVE. I have tried unchecking the box and, also leaving the box check with the same results. If I click REMOVE, I end up with another message saying " Configuring Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3...Then, it gives me one final message saying " Installation Wizard Not Completed. Your system has not been modified. To complete installation at another time, please run set up again. Click Finish, (clickable button on bottom of black box), to exit the wizard. This action is only valid for products currently installed.
I have deleted and reinstalled the trial 4 times with the same results.
Please help me.
Thank you,
Sharon Sneed

You may want to manually remove the program by following these steps first http://corel.force.com/index/articles/e ... oto-Pro-X3

Hello, What ver of windows are you using?
I use win 7 and was a beta tester for it also,,, we found that some programs that are installed auto style won't work. easy fix for this.....
Make a folder outside of program files folder and install to that.
Some don't have to do this and some do,,,,,, so if you are using win7 give that a try.
Good luck
Ron

Re: Help Installing Corel PaintShop Photo Pro X3 Trial
I am using Windows XP. I do not think it was an option when I signed up for this Web Board.
I will try doing your suggestion and let you know if it works.
Thank you for your help.
