AACS KEY WINDVD9

Last night I tried to watch a blu-ray dvd and got the error that aacs expired. I read the instructions, disabled UAC and rebooted. I relauched, the key updated and I watched the movie. Today I tried to launch WINDVD9 and get the expired key error. I tried clicking no but it does not work. I tried updating but there are now updates. The error is R21. I tried reinstalling the software but get the same error. When I check add remove programs my version number is 9.0-b14.84 when i click about I get this version number b12.004c00.57557.060bdtih0s

Please help.
