creating DVD in PAL

Can VS9 create PAL DVD? I have both DV and MPEG2 in NTSC and need to create DVD in PAL version If it is possible do it in VF9, how does one do it?

Yes, I am in "PAL land" and have created AVI and DVD in both PAL and NTSC. I am at work so doing this from memory. When in the "Share" tab and select create AVI or DVD you can select either PAL or NTSC in whatever other format you desire.
I have not had any problems.

I am not in front of the aplication at the moment but from memory - on the Share Tab you click on one of the two little icons in the bottom section of the frame and set your preferences.

I think VS9 is an improvement on 8 in that it gives you several options as standard including PAL DVD and also in 4:3 and widescreen formats...

UVS 9 simply gives you more standard templates, but you can do the same thing in UVS 8 by using the Template Manager, and creating additional templates according to your needs.
