Burn Manager not registered

This is I'm sure a very basic question but here goes.

Whenever I try to burn a Data DVD I always get three pop up windows that say the same thing

Program files\Common Files\Ulead System\DVD\uDVDBurnMgr is not registered!

It will not let me add files or folders to the layout and it will not give me any information regarding the disc inserted.

My burner is a Pioneer DVD-RW DVR-107D 1.10 and the software came bundled with the burner.

I have updated the software with the latest patches except the newest one that seems to be targeted at dual layer burners.

I don't think that I have the trial version unless that is what comes bundled with Pioneer burners.
