How Do I End My Video Showing The Last Text

Hi Guys!
I hope you all are having a great day! It has been a while since I have visited, So I'm happy to be here and glad you are here also.
What i would like a little help with today is how do I end my videos with the last text that I used to continue to show on a black background? I have accidentally done it before but could never replicate the process.

I want my website URL to continue to display in my video once the video is over. I don't want to go to a blank black screen. Can you help? Any advice you can give will be greatly appreciated.
