Is there a tool missing from Organizer? A "create new folder" tool button?
Also when returning to organizer, the program doesn't remember where in the folder it was browsing and opens at the TOP of the list. Can Organizer stay running in the background? It can be slow on older machines. Good thing for fast RAM and CPU.
Are you talking about the X3 organizer? If so there isn't a button but if you right-click on a folder in the tree view there is an option to make a folder from the context menu.

Yes.. in X3.
It works in the Collections tab but not in Computer tab. You must double-right click on folders in the Computer tab and that brings up a different context menu, which I cannot see the point of. I have a folder on the C:\drive named "Cannon photos" and need to be able to define subfolders like "post" and "90°." Should the "Cannon photos" folder be place in the Colelctions group? How to do that? It's a bit strange for a PSP9 user.
In the collections tab click on the "Browse More Folders" button. Navigate to the folder you want to add and it'll go ahead and add it for you.
However, a lot of posts I have read have admitted to using a dedicated photo manger such as Picasa instead of the one built into X3 some have even just kept Windows Explorer opened and used that. Simply because the organizer was not overtly useful for them.
Ok thanks.. that worked however when I start-up PSPPX3 and click Organizer, my airplane photos are in view along the bottom, but the folder tree (on the left in Collections) is not open to the folder just added.. it's all rolled up!! That's weird.. the photos are visible along the bottom but their folder is closed and buried down in the Folders.
So Organizer has several disconnects.. it cannot remember which photo you were viewing in a folder and returns to the TOP photo, and when starting X3, your photos are in view but their folder in Collections is closed and buried in the `Folders´ tree. So I'm not sure what Organizer is designed to do?
