Corel Painter Essentials 4 Serial No??

I've purchased a copy of Paintshop Pro X3 Ultimate which includes some free software with authorization keys. Everything worked except the Painter Essentials 4 key. The key provided by email does not work and they've given me a different key in my online account which doesn't work either. I've tried copy and paste and entering it manually. No go either way. Is there a way that I can get this to work?

You may look it up online in your corel account. Not sure it helps - but you may give it a try. Good luck

I tried again today the same process that has failed for the past several days. Today, it worked. I now have a licensed copy. Go figure.
